Dormant Magistrate

Dormant Magistrate is a level 52 undead found in tier 1 runs from Dormant's Rest. It is a boss, and always hostile. It fights with spells, so a bow has the edge on it and a blade is at a disadvantage.

Fighting it

A Dormant lies still in its room until the door opens. It drops the key and nothing else, one for every seat when it dies.

Its moves at tier 1

• The sentence, every 12 seconds. It passes sentence on one of you: four seconds rooted where you stand.

Still to come at higher tiers: The bailiff from tier 3, The verdict from tier 5.

Its other forms: tier 2 · tier 3 · tier 4 · tier 5 · tier 6. Every form is in the run pool.

Drops

It carries nothing worth taking.
