Dormant Beast

Dormant Beast is a level 92 beast found in tier 5 runs from Dormant's Rest. It is a boss, and always hostile. It fights hand to hand, so spells have the edge on it and a bow is at a disadvantage.

Fighting it

A Dormant lies still in its room until the door opens. It drops the key and nothing else, one for every seat when it dies.

Its moves at tier 5

• The charge, every 14 seconds. It gathers and drives at one of you. Everyone on the line takes the hit and a step back.
• The roar, every 20 seconds. A roar that staggers: nobody within six tiles moves for a few seconds.
• The plate shed, every 5 seconds. At half its health the plates come off. Bared, it hits twice as hard and takes half again from every blow.

It carries nothing worth taking.
