The crypt ghoul is a level 46 creature found in Duskmoor Crypt, The Coronmar Sewers and The Mirror Lakes. It attacks on sight. It fights hand to hand, so spells have the edge on it and a bow is at a disadvantage.

It hits up to 11 and has 72 hitpoints. It notices you from about 6 tiles away, and it stops bothering you once your combat level is more than double its own. A kill is worth 400 XP, split across the combat skills you used.
