Chasm crawler
The chasm crawler is a level 139 beetle found in Gloamspire, Cinderfall and Vaultheim. It attacks on sight. It fights hand to hand, so spells have the edge on it and a bow is at a disadvantage.
Fighting it
It hits up to 29 and has 460 hitpoints. It notices you from about 9 tiles away, and it stops bothering you once your combat level is more than double its own. A kill is worth 3,800 XP, split across the combat skills you used.
