Cave crawler

The cave crawler is a level 51 beetle found in The Deep Mine and The Coronmar Sewers. It attacks on sight. It fights hand to hand, so spells have the edge on it and a bow is at a disadvantage.

Fighting it

It hits up to 12 and has 90 hitpoints. It notices you from about 5 tiles away, and it stops bothering you once your combat level is more than double its own. A kill is worth 460 XP, split across the combat skills you used.
