Ancient guardian

The ancient guardian is a level 77 construct found in The Old Keep, Vault of the Ancients and The Hoarfrost Deep. It attacks on sight. It fights hand to hand, so spells have the edge on it and a bow is at a disadvantage.

Fighting it

It hits up to 21 and has 170 hitpoints. It notices you from about 7 tiles away, and it stops bothering you once your combat level is more than double its own. A kill is worth 950 XP, split across the combat skills you used.
