Ice Siege

A Fabled Magicks combat spell. Set it in your spellbook, then attack to cast. It hits up to 52.

Freezes the target where it stands. The freeze holds for 20 seconds, and for 30 seconds after it thaws the same target cannot be frozen again. Ice still does its damage in that time, but it does not hold. Bosses are never held. They take the damage and keep moving.
