An old lamplighter named Hollis keeps the street lamps of Brightmeadow, and tonight his knee has finally given out. He wants someone with working legs to walk the evening round for him.

Start it with Lamplighter Hollis in Brightmeadow. Quests play in strict order: this one is open from the start.
