The Hollowvale

The seventh vault is not a vault. It is a crater, the Hollowvale, where the last of Vessarem was spent, and a man sits at the bottom of it who cannot die. Kaeleth. He was there when the Warden came. Voss says the seal on the last chapter is not stone. It is him. I am to go down and let him speak.

Start it with Kaeleth on the floor of the Hollowvale. Quests play in strict order: you must finish Seven Voices first.
